Abstract: This case report presents the treatment of an 11-year-old male patient with skeletal Class III malocclusion, anterior crossbite, and crowding. A combination of mandibular clockwise rotation and the GEAW (Gumetal Edgewise Archwire) technique was used to achieve functional and esthetic improvement without surgical intervention. The treatment was completed in 22 months with significant improvement in occlusion, facial profile, and smile esthetics.
